Food Allergies / Preferences *

As a volunteer, we'd like to feed you! Please tell us if you have any allergies or preferences. Lunch will consist of a sandwich, fruit, snack, and drink.

Shirt Size (Unisex) *

We are looking into the possibility of shirts for volunteers, depending on funding.
