Camp Chambers offers a 30‑day refund window for eligible program registrations. Tournament fees, donations, and community contributions are not eligible for refunds.
All registrations for Ballers Academy, NFL Flag Football, multi‑sport programs, clinics, and training sessions are eligible for a 30‑day refund period, provided the program has not yet begun.
Credits may be issued only if Camp Chambers cancels a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Tournament entry fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
If a team withdraws after registration, no refund or credit will be issued.
If Camp Chambers cancels a tournament, teams will receive a full credit toward a future event.
Donations, sponsorships, and contributions to Camp Chambers Community Support — including the Essentials Pantry and Memorial Walkway — are non‑refundable.
Outdoor programs affected by weather will be rescheduled when possible.
Weather‑related cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Camp Chambers may review unique hardship situations on a case‑by‑case basis. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Camp Chambers leadership.
