Flagship Initiative

Operation C.S.I.

Our flagship initiative—Character * Skills * Impact—is designed to reshape how young people think and act. We utilize the ARISE Life Skills Curriculum to address the specific challenges at-risk youth face, including anger management, conflict resolution, and self-esteem.

This 8-week structured program involves mandatory parental participation because families that learn together, thrive together.

Key Topics: Behavior Modification, Conflict Resolution, Gang Prevention.
Target Audience: Middle & High School Youth.

3 Hours of Power

4-Week Accelerated Empowerment Course

This four-week accelerated course empowers youth and their families to take personal responsibility in an ever-changing and diverse society. The program strengthens parenting skills while helping students build positive behaviors, leadership abilities, and personal development habits.

Program Structure: Participants attend one Saturday per week for a three-hour session over four weeks. Each participant must also complete four hours of community service.

The course includes engaging lectures from business and nonprofit partners, educational videos, hands-on training, and practical skill-building activities.

Parental Support: Parental involvement and participation are highly encouraged and recommended. This program is designed for families who are ready to grow together, strengthen communication, and build long-term success.

Basic Needs & Food Security

We partner with the Mid-South Food Bank and local agencies to provide food, school uniforms, and basic toiletries. We ensure students can focus on education rather than survival.

Academic & Financial Literacy

Beyond the classroom, we teach the fundamentals of personal finance, budgeting, and reading proficiency. Our "Read 2 Succeed" boot camps help K-12 students master the basics of literacy.

Community Clean-Up

We teach personal responsibility through action. The "Camp Chambers Clean Community Crew" empowers youth to remove blight and debris from forgotten neighborhoods, paying them for their hard work.

Mentorship & Technical Skills

From plumbing apprenticeships to 1-on-1 mentoring with law enforcement, we introduce youth to diverse trade skills and positive role models to widen their career horizons.

The CSI Scholarship

Challenge. Strengthen. Inspire. We award $500 scholarships to college or trade school-bound high school seniors who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. Our goal is to equip youth with the resources necessary to become productive members of society.

Application Criteria:

Reside in Memphis, TN.
2.5 Unweighted GPA & 20 ACT Score.
3 Letters of Recommendation.
500-word Essay.
