A monument to the people who shaped our community.

The Community Memorial Walkway, located at 4870 Raleigh Common, Memphis, TN, is envisioned as a permanent, visible monument at the heart of our athletic fields — a place where the names of those who have shaped, sustained, and strengthened the Camp Chambers community are etched in brick for generations to see.

This memorial walk will honor community members, families, veterans, mentors, youth leaders, donors, and beloved individuals whose contributions have made a lasting difference in the Mid-South.

More than a memorial, the walkway is a powerful fundraising vehicle that directly supports Camp Chambers' mission to provide youth programming, essential support, and community services. When a child, a parent, or a visitor walks along the walkway and sees a familiar name beneath their feet — a coach who changed a life, a grandmother who fed the neighborhood, a veteran who served with courage — they experience a deeply personal connection to something bigger than themselves.

Walkway Design & Layout

Engraved tribute bricks, set into a beautifully designed path.

Each brick is a lasting symbol of gratitude and remembrance. This walkway stands as an inspiration — a dignified tribute honoring those who have supported and strengthened our community.

Along the path, white crepe myrtle trees curve gently toward the walkway, forming a soft, natural canopy that invites reflection and unity beneath their graceful blooms. The arching branches create a quiet sense of intimacy, guiding visitors along the engraved brick walkway toward a serene garden seating area.

The white blooms frame the path with soft movement and depth, while the open lawn keeps the space bright, balanced, and welcoming.

Graphic Selection (Bronze, Silver, Gold only)

Tell us what graphic you'd like — common choices include American flag, military branch insignia, cross, basketball, football, heart, or angel. Our team will send proofs before engraving.

04 Acknowledgment & Signature

Reservation & Engraving Approval

I understand that my brick reservation will be confirmed by the Camp Chambers team, who will follow up regarding payment and a final engraving proof. I acknowledge that all engravings are subject to character-limit and design review, that all sales are final once the engraving is approved and submitted to the brick vendor, and that Camp Chambers CSI, Inc. reserves the right to decline content that does not align with the spirit of the memorial.
